How does it work? (Visitors)
1. Users will download the Nav app onto their smart phone via google play store or apple app store.
2. Once the app is downloaded you will open the app and create an account by providing your full name, email address, a picture of their state ID ( It helps us avoid fraudulent charges. Also you may open our app and present the photo as an ID, just in case you left it at home, we always have our customers best interest in mind. Birth certificate for children (optional) and credit/debit card information.
3. Once the account is created, you will then select the facility that you would like to visit, the date you would like to go, the quantity of seats you will need, and specifying the number of children and adults.
4. Next you will be directed to the NAV Shop Page, this page will have a list of Goods that are available for purchase, via our app! such as t-shirts, thermals and socks. The user will then select the good (s), the size, and the quantity. (These items will be purchased via our app but distributed when passenger are entering bus.) After this is complete you will be directed to the
5. Order Review Page, This page will display ticket information; name of rider (s), facility selected, date of trip, passenger type, list of selected goods and total order amount.)
How does it work? (Bus Companies)
1. Owner operators will downloads app onto their smart phone, select the owner operator tab, which will then direct them to the business information form page, this page will require the business owner to provide personal/business information ( name of company, tax Id number, Vehicle type, Facilities serviced, hours of operation, price of ticket, number of seats available, telephone number, email address, pick up locations, pick up times and other business/itinerary information.
2. Next they will complete a payment form which requires them to input the information of the bank account we will deposit their funds into.
3. Once complete! Their business information will be integrated into our central scheduling system. This scheduling system will keep track, organize and send out notifications to, NAV Management and registered bus companies. It will notify us by email and text alert each time a;
• Ticket is purchased (Date, time , destination, name and age of passnger)
• Products is sold (Type, size, quantity, name of purchaser)
• Reservation Cancelled
